I didn’t end up having my car repaired. But I was impressed with the people and service.

I went to get my leaking brake line fixed. They said I needed a new brake chamber and quoted me $450 for an alleged $40.00 part and brake line. They didn’t even press the pedal to see where the leak was coming from. I have an engineering degree and mechanic under my belt.It was just the line and cost me $75.00 at my usual mechanic which, was closed at the time.Either they are crooks, ignorant or rather swap for new when it’s not needed. Didn’t even give me the option. Talking about, “ it’s rusted.” It’s MI buddy.I feel bad for the students and the community. Especially those who aren’t knowledgeable. I implore you to go elsewhere. Plus the attendant looked high as a kite. I don’t mind but, when your high and being nonchalant about charging me almost 5x’s what’s needed.Go somewhere elsewhere Detroiters!
